Most SCC is paid for by Medicaid through the DD Waiver. We're also a Mill Levy provider for Rocky Mountain Human Services (RMHS), so families can request extra Mill Levy SCC hours on top of their Medicaid hours. Currently contracted with Rocky Mountain Human Services (RMHS) and Developmental Pathways, with capacity for additional CMA partnerships. Clients pick up crafts that fit what they enjoy, fiber arts, home decorations, music, cooking, and work on fine and gross motor skills through exercise, movement, and time outside every day. - State-authorized SCC provider - Funded primarily through the Medicaid DD Waiver - Mill Levy provider for RMHS for additional SCC hours - Contracted with RMHS and Developmental Pathways; open to additional CMAs - Fiber arts, cooking, music, social skills, community outings - Fine & gross motor development through exercise and movement ## Non-Medical Transport (NMT) Reliable, friendly rides to and from our program. We handle the driving, so families get a little of their day back and clients don't miss a day because nobody could give them a ride. - Door-to-door pickup and drop-off - Safe, vetted drivers familiar with I/DD support - Coordinated with your program schedule - Available to eligible Medicaid clients ## Residential Services We've been providing residential support for adults with I/DD for over a year and a half. The care providers are who make this work, so we pay them well above what a lot of agencies pay and we listen to what they tell us. We also keep agency overhead low. Most agencies won't show families the state HCBS reimbursement sheet, so nobody knows how much of the funding the agency is keeping.
