Shekinah is a place of life-long learning, independence skills, fiber arts, music, cooking together, and time outside every day. A place to feel whole and be seen for who you are and what you can be. What we offer ## Care for the whole day, in one place. We build each client's day around them, their interests, their pace, and what they're working on. ### Supported Community Connections State-authorized SCC provider. Most SCC is funded by Medicaid (DD Waiver); we're also a Mill Levy provider for RMHS for additional hours. ### Non-Medical Transport (NMT) Safe, reliable rides to and from the program. We come to you so you don't miss a day. ### Residential Services Over a year and a half providing residential support, with low agency overhead so more funding reaches your loved one's care. ### Fiber Arts & Life Skills Weaving, loom knitting, felting, cooking, singing, social skills, and meaningful community outings. We've been providing residential support for adults with I/DD for over a year and a half. A lot of client funding gets eaten up by agency fees and overhead. We keep ours low so more of the state's reimbursement actually reaches the people doing the care.
