About Us

# A family-led program built on lived experience.

ElizaBeth and Mishka Wildemaan bring decades of teaching, caregiving, and study together to create a program that respects every individual.

Founder 

## ElizaBeth Wildemaan

ElizaBeth began working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in 1987. She has worked with I/DD adults for over a decade and has raised a son with autism. Through her educational background, she has studied child and human development for over 30 years.

Knowledge of child development is also of great value when working with adults, many adults still struggle with unmet childhood developmental challenges. If these unmet stages can be identified, remedial work can help ameliorate the challenges.

### Background

-   BS, Elementary Education, University of Missouri-Columbia
-   Certificate in Waldorf Education, Antioch New England
-   MA Organizational Psychology, University of the Rockies
-   14 years teaching general education, grades 1-8
-   3 years of school administration
-   10+ years of direct care of I/DD adults
-   23 years of being a mom to an autistic young man
-   Decades studying Waldorf & Jungian human development

Operations & Care 

## Mishka Wildemaan

Mishka has gained valuable experience working with and caring for his brother, Corbin Wildemaan. He understands that meeting needs on an individual basis is the best approach for positive change. His education supports the business's needs of record-keeping, website development, client relations, and more.

-   Decades of caring for a sibling with autism
